Fredrica Sartor is the founder and creative maven behind the Simplee Amazing Catering brand. She is an Atlanta, GA native who received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA. With her love for food and her interest in various culture cuisines, she has taken delight in preparing foods that are not only aesthetically tantalizing but also enjoyable to the palate.

 

While growing up Fredrica had a fascination with food and received her first culinary experience while watching her mother and grandmother in the kitchen preparing many southern favorites. Her cooking interest heightened while in college after realizing how food played a major role in the creole culture of the Louisiana natives. One thing that brings all cultures together is "GOOD FOOD" and that's what Fredrica loves to provide.
